1. Acceptance of Terms & Software License
By installing, downloading, or accessing any browser extension or software product developed by Toolhub ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- Single App Pro License: Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable key to unlock premium features for 1 designated extension across up to 3 devices owned by you.
- Ultra Pass Matrix License: Grants full access to all existing and future extensions produced under the Toolhub brand for personal commercial or non-commercial use.
2. Payments, Taxes & Creem Merchant Agreement
All payment transactions are processed by Creem, our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). Creem is responsible for billing, tax compliance (VAT/Sales Tax), invoice generation, and buyer currency conversion.
Instant License Issuance
Your license activation key is displayed on the receipt page immediately after Creem checkout completion.
Compliant Invoicing
Creem provides full corporate invoices compliant with EU VAT, US State Tax, and global tax laws.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind the quality of our tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, simply email support@toolhub.app with your order transaction ID. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method via Creem within 2-5 business days.
4. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or lease your Toolhub license keys to third parties.
Toolhub reserves the right to revoke license keys linked to active fraudulent activity, license reselling, or public piracy sharing.
