Toolhub browser extensions run entirely on your local device. We never sell your personal data, inject advertisements, or inspect your browsing history.
1. Information We Collect (and What We Don't)
We intentionally minimize data collection. Our extensions and web platforms are engineered to function without storing personal identifiers or telemetry.
- Zero Browsing Logs: We do not log the URLs you visit, the media you download, or the bookmarks you save. All file processing happens in memory inside your browser sandbox.
- Account Data: When you purchase a Single Pro or Ultra Pass subscription, our payment merchant Creem processes your email address and transaction ID solely for license key generation.
- Technical Support Queries: If you submit a support ticket via support@toolhub.app, we retain your email and query history only to assist you with technical resolution.
2. Privacy-First & Sandboxed Architecture
Every browser extension developed by Toolhub complies with Chrome Manifest V3 and WebExtension security standards.
Offline Mode Capable
Extensions operate seamlessly offline without requiring a constant cloud server connection.
Local Storage Security
Your custom rules, extension preferences, and Pro activation tokens are stored in chrome.storage.local on your device.
3. Third-Party Payment Processing (Creem)
All commercial transactions on Toolhub are handled securely by Creem, our official Merchant of Record (MoR).
Creem complies with PCI-DSS Level 1 specifications, handling credit card details, VAT/sales tax compliance, and fraud prevention directly. Toolhub servers never store or handle raw payment card numbers.
4. Your Rights, Data Deletion & Policy Updates
You have full authority over your data. You may wipe all local extension settings at any time by clearing your browser cache or uninstalling the extension.
